Ο Γιάννης κατέχει μεταπτυχιακό δίπλωμα Μάρκετινγκ και είναι συνιδρυτής και curator του TEDxPatras από το 2014.  Τα ερευνητικά του ενδιαφέροντα περιλαμβάνουν την Επιστήμη της Επικοινωνίας, την Κοινωνική Επιχειρηματικότητα και το Brand Management. Έχει αναπτύξει ικανότητες στο project planning, marketing strategy και community managemet.

Ο Γιάννης υπηρετεί ως Executive Director το Patras Science Festival με στόχο τη δημιουργία μιας πλατφόρμας επικοινωνίας μεταξύ της επιστήμης και του ευρύτερου κοινού συμβάλλοντας παράλληλα στη διάδοση νέων επιστημονικών ερευνών. Ο Γιάννης συμμετέχει ενεργά στον εθελοντισμό και σε πρωτοβουλίες που έχουν στόχο την επικοινωνία καινοτόμων ιδεών και επιστημών.

Giannis is a marketing professional and the Curator and Co-Founder of TEDxPatras since 201_. He has extensive experience in various projects on research development, science communication, marketing management, and talent development. Giannis has worked in the private sector in Education, Retail, and Media as a marketing partner. He has organized and supported events, workshops, trainings, and bootcamps with over 100 events in Greece and Europe and more than 30 large-scale conferences. Giannis specializes in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Branding Management, Employer Branding, and Talent Acquisition. He earned an MSc degree in Marketing and Communication from the Athens University of Economics & Business and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Patras. His research interests include Talent Marketing and Brand Management. Giannis is actively engaged in volunteering and participates in initiatives to communicate innovative ideas and science. He also enjoys playing the piano and composing music.
