Dimitris Mantzos is a Member of Parliament and Parliamentary Spokesperson for PASOK – Movement for Change. He previously served as Party Spokesperson (2022–2023) and Director of the Parliamentary Group (2019–2022), and has worked as an advisor at the Hellenic Parliament and the Ministry of Justice.

He has held key roles in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, including serving on the Central Mediation Committee and the Mediators Certification Committee, as well as Executive Secretary of the Organisation for the Promotion of Alternative Dispute Resolution (OPEMED). He has also served as Secretary of the Scientific Council of the European Public Law Organization.

He is a lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court of Greece and an accredited mediator. He is currently a PhD candidate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, focusing on the legal nature and enforceability of mediation clauses. He holds a law degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from the University of Athens. He speaks English and German.
