Georgia Paraschou is the youngest Director of Culture and Youth at the UNESCO Piraeus and Islands Group. She has served as a staff member of the Social Structures for the Immediate Alleviation of Poverty in 5 regions of the country.
Georgia holds a degree in Business & Human Resource Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University. She specialises in social and humanitarian management. She is the founder of Humanity Greece, a humanitarian organisation that since August 2021 has been instrumental in supporting vulnerable social groups.
She has served as a strategic communications executive in private and public companies and as a communications consultant in the press office of the former Deputy Minister of Digital Governance, Mr. Grigoris Zarifopoulos, and is currently Project Manager for the digital portalĀ www.digitalsolidarity.gr.
