reworks reveals the first wave of acts for its 20th anniversary edition

reworks celebrates its 20th anniversary edition honouring the club culture. By presenting a vast selection of artists and sounds, it aims to showcase the importance of the DJ in the history of electronic music and its development to a present-day cultural symbol. Thessaloniki and Greece will become once again a meeting point of friends of electronic music throughout the country and beyond.

reworks first announcement consists of a lineup of artists that have marked the history of the festival with their spectacular performances. From the techno icons Richie Hawtin, and Ben Klock, to the diverse sound palette of Maceo Plex and  KiNK. From the melodic sounds of ARTBAT to the accurate set of Mano Le Tough and the powerful sound of Fjaak. A  first taste of artists that will debut at reworks is also present with Royksopp performing a special dj set and Pablo Bozzi performing for the first time at the festival. 

reworks loyally continues to present domestic and local talents as it always has, since day one, maintaining a 50% domestic line up, among the very few festivals in Europe. The first announcement consists of the NON artists Ison with his trademark reworks set, rising stars Momery, ArKI, as well as VaJohn and Myrophora, accompanied by  Ehohroma, Pinelopi and Indi Skullmors among the many other domestic artists who will perform in September in Thessaloniki. 

reworks celebrates its 20th edition with a new visual identity which simply marks all its effort developing the modern electronic scene in Greece. Presenting more than 1200 artists from all over the world till today, pushing the sound and aesthetic barriers through innovation since 2005.
