Alex Wann: A New Force in Global House Music
A distinctive blend of deep-rolling drums, melodic synths and infectious grooves has propelled Alex Wann onto dancefloors around the world, building a sound that moves fluidly between afro and melodic house.
His breakthrough came in 2023 with “Milkshake 20”, his reinterpretation of the Kelis classic that became an underground anthem almost instantly. The track reached #1 on Beatport’s Melodic House chart and earned support from Keinemusik, Diplo, Pete Tong, John Summit, Adriatique and BLOND:ISH.
Since then, his sound has continued to evolve. “Right”, released on Defected in 2025, reached Beatport’s Top 5, while his Allo EP, released through Crosstown Rebels in May 2026, earned him his second BBC Radio 1 Essential New Tune.
That momentum has carried into his international touring schedule, with appearances at Tomorrowland, Cercle Festival Paris and EDC, alongside performances at Hï Ibiza, Pacha Ibiza, Fabric London and Savaya Bali. In 2026, he also began a new residency at XS Nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas.
