From its very first day, reworks presents the wide spectrum of contemporary electronic music in Greece as a living part of Thessaloniki. Taking place in different locations throughout the city on every edition, reworks tells a unique story to its visitors.
From the east to the west side of Thessaloniki, reworks creates cultural bridges, presenting different areas of the city, breaking stereotypes, by showcasing the different aspects of electronic music and its relation with the urban space. This philosophy, of evolving various different places, creating practically a journey within the city, is considered a novelty for the Greek festival standards.
In its 19th edition, reworks will present its content on 4 different locations in Thessaloniki. DJ and live performances will take place on some of the most emblematic locations of the city, while reworks will return back to its roots, to the place where it first started and bloomed.

Palataki (Royal Palace) is the neoclassical mansion located at the cape of Karabournaki in Kalamaria (Thessaloniki) and has probably the finest view in the city. It is a fine example of neoclassical architecture, designed in the 1950s by I. Christopoulos.
The Royal Palace is not open to the public. Following the success of reworks, reworks agora and preworks in 2021 and 2022, we are ready to return to the yard of this emblematic location for a 3-day music experience.
The yard of the imposing historical building will host reworks by day on Wednesday 20th, Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd of September .
Practical info:
- Due to the high attendance expected, we kindly advise you to come as early as possible in order to avoid delays on entry. Plus enjoying and supporting all artists performing from the beginning which is also very important.
- Palataki is situated in Kalamaria. We advise the use of taxis or public transport (bus) as there is no parking space nearby.
- POS accepting credit cards will be available at every sales point on the venue, but due to restricted and therefore weak 3G & 4G signal in the area of Palataki, there are periods where the POS credit card receivers are not even operating. Therefore it is strongly recommended to have cash with you in order to avoid any unpleasant delays when served.
